Elodina processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide them to us yourself.

Below you will find an overview of the personal data we process:

• Date of birth
• Address details
• Phone number

- Other personal data that you actively provide, for example by creating a profile on this website, in correspondence and by telephone

Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16, unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore encourage parents to be involved in their children's online activities to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. If you believe we have collected personal data about a minor without this consent, please contact us at info@elodina.nl, and we will delete this information.

For what purpose and on what basis do we process personal data?

Elodina processes your personal data for the following purposes:

• Processing your payment
• Sending our newsletter and/or advertising brochure
• To be able to call or email you if this is necessary to provide our services
• To inform you about changes to our services and products
• To offer you the opportunity to create an account
• To deliver goods and services to you
• Elodina analyzes your behavior on the website to improve the website and tailor the range of products and services to your preferences.

Create an account and log in to our website

When you create an account on our website, we store the personal data you provide via the username you choose. We store this information so you don't have to re-enter it each time and so we can contact you regarding the execution of the agreement.

Automated decision-making

Elodina does not make decisions based on automated processing. These are decisions made by computer programs or systems, without human intervention (e.g., an Elodina employee). Elodina uses the following computer programs or systems:

• Mollie online payments

How long we keep personal data

Depending on the purpose of processing, we retain your personal data for no longer than strictly necessary. Exceptions to this are data we are legally required to retain. Furthermore, access to personal data is limited to those who need it. You can request access to your data at any time and/or have us delete it.

Sharing personal data with third parties

Elodina shares your personal data with various third parties if this is necessary for the performance of the agreement and to comply with any legal obligations. We have data processing agreements in place with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Elodina remains responsible for these processing operations. Elodina also provides your personal data to other third parties. We do this only with your express consent. We never sell your data to third parties.

We may share your information with our partners if necessary for our services. These partners include: delivery partners, suppliers or repairers, payment partners, IT service providers, and parties that collect our reviews.

The parties we grant access to your data may only use it to provide you with a service on behalf of Elodina, unless they are themselves responsible for obtaining and protecting your data. Cookies, or similar techniques, that we use

Elodina uses only technical and functional cookies, as well as analytical cookies that do not infringe on your privacy. The cookies we use are necessary for the technical operation of the website and your ease of use. They ensure that the website works properly and remembers your preferences, for example. Reviews

WebwinkelKeur

We collect reviews through the WebwinkelKeur platform. If you leave a review through WebwinkelKeur, you are required to provide your name, city, and email address. WebwinkelKeur shares this information with us so we can link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur also publishes your name and city on its own website. In some cases, WebwinkelKeur may contact you to provide an explanation of your review. If we invite you to leave a review, we share your name and email address with WebwinkelKeur. They use this information solely for the purpose of inviting you to leave a review. WebwinkelKeur has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. WebwinkelKeur reserves the right to engage third parties to provide its services, for which we have given WebwinkelKeur permission. All the aforementioned guarantees regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of the service for which WebwinkelKeur engages third parties.

View, change or delete data

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Elodina. You also have the right to data portability. This means you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organization you specify.

You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for withdrawal of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to info@elodina.nl.

To verify that the request for access has been made by you, we ask that you include a copy of your ID with the request. In this copy, please redact your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks.
