All bags and wallets come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty against material and manufacturing defects under normal use (unless otherwise stated with the item).
This manufacturer's warranty is separate from and does not affect your statutory rights (statutory warranty/conformity).

What is covered under warranty?

• Manufacturing defects and material defects under normal use (e.g. loose seams/fittings due to production error).

What is not covered by the warranty?

• Normal wear and tear (leather patina, creases), wear of furs/linings .
• Damage due to incorrect or improper use , overloading or poor maintenance (e.g. zipper damaged due to overfilling).
• Discoloration/browning or damage due to water, heat, chemicals or sunlight.
• Damage to personal property (e.g. dye transfer on clothing).
• The warranty applies only to product or manufacturing defects . Wear, damage, or improper use are excluded. The manufacturer/supplier will assess the warranty.
• Handling
• If your product shows any defects within the warranty period, please contact us as soon as possible.
• If the complaint is justified, we will repair the item professionally.
• If repair is not possible, we will replace it (if available).
• If replacement is not possible, we will offer an equivalent item or a (partial) refund in proportion to the duration of use.
