How to register a return

1. Click on the 'Register return' button at the bottom of this page.
2. You will receive a free return label from PostNL or DHL by email as soon as possible.
3. Stick the label on the package and drop it off free of charge at a PostNL or DHL point.

Reflection period & term

• You have 14 days after receipt to cancel your order without giving any reason .
• After registration you have 14 days to return the product.

Refund

• After receipt (or after you prove that you have sent it), we will refund the full order amount via the same payment method.
• This will take a maximum of 14 days after your cancellation notification.

Terms and Conditions

• Please return the product complete , with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging .
• If the item is used or damaged beyond what's necessary to assess it, we may charge a depreciation fee .
• Handle the product with care and pack it securely to prevent transport damage.

• Exceptions (if applicable): Personalized/custom-made items cannot be returned.
